Yellow Line MRT in Bangkok now open
As of June 19th, 2023 all stations of the new Yellow Line MRT are open. You can now travel from the station at the Ratchada-Lat Phrao intersection all the way to Samrong in Samut Phrakarn.

As of June 19th, 2023 all stations of the new Yellow Line MRT are open. You can now travel from the first station at the Ratchada-Lat Phrao intersection all the way to Samrong in Samut Phrakarn using this 30.4 km long new line.
The line connects with the Blue Line at Ratchada station (Lat Phrao station of the Blue Line) as well as several other lines
- the Grey Line(ฺBMA) at Chalong Rat intersection
- the Orange Line at Lam Sali intersection
- the Airport Rail Link at Rama IX interchange
- the Green Line: Bearing-Samut Prakan at Samrong station
The Yellow Line is using a monorail system. Following this first monorail line soon another MRT line from Nonthaburi Civic Center to Min Buri (Pink Line MRT) will open using the same train system.
